My Chrysler crossfire got hit in a parking lot. Driver drove off. My insurance sent me to Koontz. They did OUTSTANDING work. Matched the paint perfectly on a 15 year old car. I cannot tell where the damage was. I highly recommend them. Chris, who works with Progressive insurance I believe was great to work with.

Matt at Koontz was very helpful. I had a minor dent where my molding had came off. He was able to fix most of it on the spot during the estimate appointment. He applied some brackets so the molding would stay on. I offered to pay and he politely declined. He messaged me an estimate for the other repairs. I was putting off these repairs for a while, but they made it very painless.

THE KOONTZ PROCESS
1. Estimate
An estimate is created identifying the damage to your vehicle. You will be provided a copy of this repair estimate.
2. Approval
If applicable, we obtain authorization for the repairs from your insurance company.
3. Disassembly & Parts Ordering
We complete a thorough blueprint and disassembly of your vehicle to identify any damage that was not able to be seen and included on the preliminary estimate.
4. Collision Repairs Completed
We repair your vehicle while adhering to manufacturer guideline and safety standards.
5. Refinish
We refinish your vehicle in one of our state-of-the-art downdraft paint booths, using PPG Envirobase refinish products.
6. Post Repair Safety Scan
We complete a post repair scan and calibration, if applicable, to insure all vehicle systems are operating correctly.
7. Detail & Final Quality Inspection
We perform a courtesy cleaning inside and outside of your vehicle, then complete a final post-repair quality inspection.
8. Return Vehicle To Customer
We schedule a time for you to pick up your vehicle and one of our service writers will walk you to your car and answer any questions.
9. Post Repair Follow Up
You will get a post repair survey that is very important to our partner insurance companies. We strive for a perfect score on all surveys.
